A review starts nearby

You must be close to the venue and provide a recent, sufficiently accurate location reading for an eligible review. Location alone does not prove a purchase or guarantee authenticity. Additional signals can lead to a submission being held for manual review.

Tell us what actually happened

Use text, audio or video to describe your personal experience of the restaurant and its happy hour. Be specific, fair and respectful. Critical reviews are welcome. Do not invent visits, use AI-generated reviews, post on someone else's behalf or coordinate ratings.

A receipt supports the visit

Your own receipt may support review verification and eligible beta points. Cover payment card details and unrelated personal information. Reused or altered receipts are not eligible. Receipt evidence stays private; approved public review media is separate. Points have no cash value or guaranteed redemption benefit.

Suspicious activity and moderation

Checks include proximity and accuracy, submission patterns, duplicate content and reused evidence. Submissions requiring verification are held before publication. Confirmed fraudulent reviews can be removed, associated rewards reversed and abusive accounts restricted. Detection is imperfect; no automated tool can determine with certainty that all content is genuine or AI-generated.

Recognition is earned. Sponsorship is labeled.

Qualifying verified review volume and ratings can earn recognition. Paid visibility requires a separate Sponsored label and does not raise a review score. Rewards are based on eligible participation and evidence, never the positivity of a rating.

Report a problem or appeal

Use the contact information with the venue, review details and concern. You may request reconsideration of a moderation decision. Do not include another person's private information. Internal testers may also contact the team through their beta invitation.
