Updated October 10, 2026. These terms describe the Happy Hour consumer beta and public website. Licensed API access, subscriptions and paid campaigns require separately agreed commercial terms and are not purchased or activated by this website.

Discovering a happy hour

Happy Hour helps people discover public venue offers. Menus, prices, availability, restrictions and schedules can change. Sources and observation dates are displayed where established; confirm details with the venue before relying on an offer. A listing is not a reservation, purchase or guarantee of availability. Coverage is incomplete and growing.

Accounts and responsible use

Provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Follow applicable age restrictions and local rules. Alcohol-related offers are for people of legal drinking age. Do not use Happy Hour to encourage unsafe or unlawful activity.

Your reviews and media

Share only your own real experience and content you have permission to post. Do not submit fabricated, AI-generated, purchased, coordinated or impersonated reviews. Do not expose private information, harass people, infringe rights or upload harmful content. By submitting a review, you permit Happy Hour to process, moderate and display that content as part of the service. Receipts are private verification evidence, not public reviews.

Verification and moderation

Nearby location checks and supporting evidence are required for eligible reviews and rewards. Content may be held, rejected, removed or restricted under the review policy. Spoofing location, reusing receipts or manipulating rewards can lead to restrictions. You may ask the team to review a decision. Verification cannot guarantee authenticity.

Beta rewards

Credits are subject to eligibility and verification. Beta points have no cash value or guaranteed redemption benefit. Submitting a receipt does not create a refund or automatic reward entitlement. Rewards never depend on a favorable rating. Any future redemption catalog, value, availability or expiry will be disclosed before redemption is offered.

Sponsored discovery

When paid placements are enabled, they must be labeled Sponsored and may change search or map visibility. Earned recognition is separate from paid visibility. Sponsorship does not imply endorsement or guarantee sales, visits or review quality. Billing and commercial campaign activation are not live on this website.

API and data access

Future licensed keys may be used only within an agreed license, scope, term and allowance. Do not share credentials, bypass limits, resell data without permission or attempt to identify users from aggregates. Raw private user data is not part of licensed access. Applicable source attribution and license requirements remain in effect.
